We are an original equipment supplier to nearly every major automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of passenger cars, SUVs, and vans in Europe and to the biggest Tier 1 vehicle systems suppliers.

Cimos is entering a new era. As part of the management buyout (MBO), the Cimos management team has taken over ownership of the company from the Mutares Group. Maruška Demojzes, Elvis Ipša, Dominik Mayer and David Škrinjar, all of whom have an in-depth understanding of the company and its operations, have become shareholders as part of the transaction.
Mutares has acquired Cimos Group. Joining Mutares’ Automotive & Mobility platform can deliver synergies benefiting both Cimos Group and Mutares.
Synergies between Cimos and Cogeme established and Plants optimization successfully completed.
Cimos acquired by Palladio Holding – TCH Group. TCH consists of two brands: Cimos and Cogeme.

In the 1972 Tomos, Iskra and Citroen formed a new company, Cimos (Citroen, Iskra, Tomos), for the manufacturing and export of components for cars, car assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
Koper-based manufacturer of scooters and outboard motors, Tomos signed co-operation contract with Citroen, establishing operations that would eventually grow into the present Cimos.
Citroen designed and supplied specifications to Cimos, who would then manufacture components and assemble an entire automobile.
