As of this year, more precisely since 1 January 2025, the Novi Travnik factory no longer operates under the Cimos Group.

The Novi Travnik factory, which has been part of the Cimos Group since August 2005, was merged with TMD Ai d.o.o., Gradačac at the beginning of 2016, and will continue its activities within the FAU (Mutares) Group, of which Cimos is also a member.
